Governor Carey Congratulates Chairwoman Davidson of the Council of the Arts

Governor Hugh L. Carey congratulates Joan Davidson, after her swearing in as Chair of the New York State Council of the Arts. The ceremony took place in the Red Room in the Executive Chamber in the Capitol Building. Davidson held this position from May of 1975 until August of 1976.
