Governor Carey at a NY Urban League Dinner

Governor Hugh L. Carey at the New York Urban League’s 14th Annual Frederick Douglass Awards Dinner. The Dinner was held in the ballroom of the Sheraton Hotel, in New York City. At the dinner Governor Carey designated May as New York Urban League Month in New York State.
