It shows Lock No. 4, Nail Creek, a culvert, Three buildings, a cemetery, Fay Street, Court Street, Varik Street and Garden Street. The red lines indicate courses and distances. The blue lines indicate canal right-of-way. The map also shows the properties of Wager and Company, Henry Huntington, Thomas Hardin, the Estate of William Stevens and B.F. Jewitt.
